Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and corporate standards.
- Lead costing activities, including inventory valuation, variance analysis, and product cost optimization.
- Ensure full tax compliance and manage timely filing of corporate tax returns (PPN, PPh 21/23/25/29).
- Perform rigorous balance sheet reconciliations and manage bank account management.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful completion of annual financial audits.
- Analyze financial performance data to provide management with insights for operational improvements.
- Implement and improve accounting internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CA/CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations and PSAK/IFRS.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
