As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. You will work closely with the finance team to analyze financial data, assist in budget preparation, and provide insights that support Tada’s business decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the monthly and annual financial close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards (e.g., PSAK, GAAP).
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Assist in the budgeting process and monitor actual vs. budget variances.
- Prepare and file periodic tax returns and regulatory reports.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation and records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certification as a CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is a plus.
