Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Mentor junior accountants and conduct training on accounting procedures
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual financial audits
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for budgeting and forecasting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in senior role
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced expertise in SAP/Oracle ERP systems and MS Excel
- Strong leadership skills with proven mentoring experience
- CPA or ACCA certification highly preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
