Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed review and validation of NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations and financial statements for diverse fund structures.
- Ensure all fund accounting deliverables adhere strictly to internal quality standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Act as a technical point of escalation for complex accounting queries and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize operational workflows.
- Monitor and report on performance KPIs to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Mentor junior team members on accounting best practices, technical standards, and reporting accuracy.
- Support internal and external audits by providing clear documentation and insights into financial controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (CPA license preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in fund accounting, investment accounting, or asset management.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS/GAAP accounting standards and fund structures.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in performing high-level quality reviews.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with leading fund accounting platforms (e.g., Investran, eFront, or Paxus).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial data to stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a global, multicultural work environment.
