Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with BIR regulations and other government financial mandates.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective internal controls and policies.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold a valid CPA License (Certified Public Accountant).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably within the Manufacturing or Food Production industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
