Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the integrity of master data within the P2P financial systems, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards.
- Support the P2P Manager in the execution of daily financial operations, reporting, and internal controls.
- Conduct regular audits of master data to identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, or errors.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance stakeholders to streamline data migration and management workflows.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and performance metrics related to P2P data quality.
- Implement process improvements to reduce manual touchpoints and enhance system automation.
- Provide expert guidance on master data policies and procedures to regional team members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on Master Data Management or P2P operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with an obsessive attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage complex data sets and navigate large, multi-entity organizational structures.
- Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultural teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
