Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in QuickBooks Online.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory filing requirements.
- Develop and implement advanced Excel reporting templates to improve financial oversight and budgeting accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in general accounting or full-cycle bookkeeping.
- Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Financial Modeling).
- Strong understanding of Philippine taxation and financial accounting standards (PFRS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
