We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounting professional to join our finance team. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and corporate standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian taxation laws (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) and manage tax reporting requirements.
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity for operational needs.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth year-end audits and regulatory filings.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory accounting processes specific to manufacturing operations, including cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in Indonesian Tax regulations and familiarity with e-Faktur and e-Bupot systems.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear reports.
- Holding a Brevet A & B certification is considered a strong advantage.
