Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive financial systems and reporting frameworks
- Develop and maintain accurate Chart of Accounts (COA) structures
- Create financial dashboards for performance monitoring and analysis
- Establish and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting or Finance from accredited institution
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience in senior role
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis
- Certification (e.g., Akuntan Publik) is highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
