Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and banking regulations
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile financial discrepancies
- Lead accounting staff through mentorship and process optimization
- Collaborate with internal audit and external stakeholders during financial reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of senior accounting experience in banking/financial services
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience leading accounting teams and process improvement initiatives
- Professional certification (Akuntan, Brevet A/B) preferred
