Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance and month-end closing processes.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards.
- Handle tax reporting and compliance (PPh, PPN, and other corporate obligations) to ensure timely filing.
- Conduct thorough account reconciliations for bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Monitor and control company cash flow and maintain detailed records of financial transactions.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable reports to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
