We are currently seeking a Senior Accounting Associate to join our dynamic Client Accounting Services (CAS) – Outsourcing Team in our Makati City office.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes for a diverse portfolio of restaurant and franchise clients.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Perform complex bank reconciliations and oversee credit card processing and merchant account audits.
- Coordinate franchise royalty reporting and ensure compliance with franchise agreements.
- Lead month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Collaborate with US-based leadership to provide strategic financial analysis and KPI tracking for hospitality clients.
- Assist in the implementation of cloud-based accounting systems and process automation tools.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior accounting staff within the CAS team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA license is highly preferred.
- At least 4–6 years of professional accounting experience, with a focus on the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in cloud accounting software such as Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, or Xero.
- Proven experience in a BPO, shared services, or international accounting environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Capability to manage multiple deadlines and client priorities in a high-growth setting.
