Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements adhering to SAI (Standar Akuntansi Indonesia)
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during financial audits
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
- Develop and implement accounting controls to mitigate financial risks
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (SAI) and tax regulations
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel advanced functions
- Proven track record in financial reporting, reconciliation, and audit coordination
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical precision
- Effective communication abilities to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/Brevet A/B) is highly desirable
