Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws, including VAT (PPN), Withholding Tax (PPh 21/23/25), and annual corporate tax filings.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate financial data entry and processing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Accounting Software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Deep understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and current tax regulations.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Certification such as Brevet A & B is highly preferred.
