Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to ensure compliance and optimize tax liabilities
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Conduct internal audits and ensure implementation of proper internal controls
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and inquiries
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to enhance team performance and development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and tax, with at least 2 years in a senior position
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards (PSAK), and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly
- Proven experience in leading accounting teams and managing financial operations
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
