We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Senior Accounting & Tax professional to join our dynamic finance team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting while maintaining full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation, and a deep understanding of corporate tax obligations, including PPh, PPN, and SPT filings. You will be expected to provide analytical insights to support management decision-making and streamline our internal accounting processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of general ledger accounting and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Coordinate and manage all corporate tax reporting, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN (VAT) filings.
- Perform regular account reconciliations, including bank, vendor, and intercompany accounts.
- Monitor and update the company on changes in local tax regulations to ensure 100% compliance.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities during audits or official inquiries.
- Assist management with budget planning, cash flow forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting and tax roles.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax laws (Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and MS Excel (advanced level).
- Deep understanding of PSAK and Indonesian financial reporting standards.
- High level of integrity, analytical skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.
