PT Benang is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting & Tax professional to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for mastering complex accounting systems and tax regulations to ensure seamless financial reporting. You will lead the preparation of accurate financial statements, manage full compliance with tax obligations, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth. We are looking for a detail-oriented leader who can bridge the gap between technical accounting data and operational strategy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and handle all corporate tax filings (PPh/PPN).
- Review financial reports for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal policies.
- Implement and improve accounting systems and internal control processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during annual audits.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and budget support to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and tax roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations and tax reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
