Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee tax compliance activities including monthly/quarterly tax filings and annual tax returns
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax obligations while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process optimization initiatives
- Prepare management reports and budgets for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and tax roles
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience in financial reporting and compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
