This pivotal role requires meticulous management of corporate finances, ensuring accurate reporting, optimal cash flow management, and seamless stock inventory control. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial operations including general ledger maintenance, month-end/year-end closing, and financial statement preparation
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and treasury management to ensure liquidity
- Conduct comprehensive stock inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies with ERP systems
- Ensure tax compliance by preparing and filing VAT, income tax, and other mandatory submissions
- Develop and implement internal controls to prevent financial risks and fraud
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities during examinations and reporting cycles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (S1 Akuntansi) with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/Brevet A/B) strongly preferred
- Proven experience in FMCG or fashion industry with exposure to inventory management
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPnBM) and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- High attention to detail and deadline-driven work ethic
