Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) projects from conception to completion
- Prepare detailed engineering designs, specifications, and documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
- Prepare regular project reports and maintain documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ACMV project management
- Professional certification in HVAC engineering (e.g., CIBSE, ASHRAE) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry standards
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects
