Join Capgemini's dynamic IT infrastructure team as a Senior Active Directory Engineer and take ownership of our enterprise directory services environment. In this critical role, you'll architect, implement, and maintain robust Active Directory solutions that support thousands of users across global operations. You'll drive security hardening initiatives, optimize authentication processes, and ensure 99.9% uptime through proactive monitoring and incident response. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex migration projects, implement automation with PowerShell, and shape identity governance frameworks that align with industry best practices and compliance standards. Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to hybridize directory services while maintaining seamless integration with Azure AD and SaaS applications. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale Active Directory forests, domains, and trusts
- Lead security hardening initiatives including ACL management, privileged access controls, and compliance auditing
- Automate administrative tasks through PowerShell scripting and Group Policy management
- Conduct disaster recovery testing and implement backup/restore procedures for directory services
- Coordinate cross-functional identity management projects integrating with Azure AD and SSO solutions
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize replication topology for global user base
- Mentor junior engineers on Active Directory best practices and troubleshooting methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Active Directory administration experience
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, and LDAP protocols
- Certifications (MCSE: Identity, MCSA: Windows Server, or CompTIA Server+) preferred
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and management
- Experience with hybrid identity solutions and Azure AD synchronization
- Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance requirements
- Proven track record in leading complex Active Directory migration projects
