Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end student admissions process from application submission to enrollment confirmation
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified domestic and international students
- Conduct comprehensive application reviews and make admission recommendations
- Organize campus tours, open houses, and promotional events for prospective students
- Collaborate with academic departments to align admission criteria with program requirements
- Manage CRM systems to track applicant pipelines and conversion metrics

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in student admissions or recruitment
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
