Honeywell is seeking a highly skilled Senior Advanced Quality Engineer (Aero) to drive quality excellence within our aerospace division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance while implementing robust quality control measures. Your primary focus will be on leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for complex aerospace components. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential defects, oversee incoming and in-process inspections, and mentor junior engineers. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) for non-conforming aerospace products.
- Ensure strict compliance with international aviation standards, including AS9100, FAA, and EASA regulations.
- Oversee incoming and in-process quality inspections to prevent non-conforming products from reaching production.
- Develop and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) and continuous improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to resolve complex quality issues.
- Mentor junior quality engineers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Monitor quality metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality engineering within the aerospace or aviation sector.
- Deep understanding of AS9100, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality management systems.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-regulatory environment.
