- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for post-purchase products

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in after-sales or technical support roles
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and service management tools
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, AWS) preferred
- Experience in customer-facing technical training
