Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions including model development, training, and deployment
- Lead client-focused AI projects from conception through delivery, ensuring technical excellence
- Develop internal AI capabilities by researching and integrating new technologies and methodologies
- Optimize ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments
- Mentor junior engineers and establish technical standards for AI development lifecycle
- Collaborate with product teams to align AI solutions with business objectives
- Conduct regular model monitoring, retraining, and performance tuning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering with production-level systems
- Expert proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders
