Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions including machine learning models, deep learning architectures, and NLP systems
- Lead the development and deployment of scalable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI specifications
- Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and resource efficiency
- Conduct research and experimentation with emerging AI technologies to drive innovation
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development lifecycle
- Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy regulations and ethical guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with proven track record of deploying production systems
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and AI frameworks (scikit-learn, Keras)
- Strong understanding of cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI)
- Experience with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in data processing and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable solutions
