Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models and agentic systems for enterprise applications
- Architect scalable AI infrastructure supporting large language models and autonomous agents
- Create production-ready chatbots and conversational AI solutions with natural language understanding capabilities
- Implement MLOps pipelines for continuous model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI solution requirements and technical specifications
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and integrate best practices into development workflows
- Ensure AI systems meet performance, security, and compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with focus on generative and agentic systems
- Expertise in Python and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
- Strong background in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
- Experience with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform)
- Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and containerization technologies
- Proven track record of deploying production AI solutions at scale
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts
