Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop generative AI solutions including agent-based systems and MCP servers
- Architect scalable AI infrastructure on AWS with robust deployment pipelines
- Optimize large language models and generative systems for performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI capabilities and user experiences
- Implement security and governance frameworks for AI model deployment
- Conduct research on generative AI advancements and integrate best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and establish technical standards for AI development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with 3+ years in generative AI
- Expert proficiency in Python with experience in TensorFlow/PyTorch frameworks
- Deep knowledge of AWS services (SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2) for AI deployment
- Proven experience with agent-based systems and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or multimodal AI systems
- Experience with MLOps practices and CI/CD for AI workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to handle ambiguous requirements
