Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end AI integration pipelines, focusing on voice-enabled interactions and workflow automation.
- Translate ambiguous client requirements into technical specifications and functional AI-driven architectures.
- Develop and maintain scalable connectors between LLMs, third-party APIs, and proprietary internal systems.
- Optimize prompt engineering and data processing workflows to improve latency and system accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation that drive efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices for AI-driven software development.
- Monitor system performance and implement robust monitoring and error-handling mechanisms for production AI systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in backend software engineering with a focus on system integrations.
- Proven experience working with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js, with deep knowledge of asynchronous programming.
- Hands-on experience with voice APIs (e.g., Twilio, ElevenLabs, Deepgram) and speech-to-text/text-to-speech technologies.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, or custom event-driven architectures).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
