Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement scalable AI models and algorithms for real-world industrial applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy ML pipelines into production systems.
- Optimize software performance to handle high-throughput manufacturing data streams.
- Maintain and improve existing AI-based software frameworks, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and promote engineering best practices across the team.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process automation.
- Translate technical requirements into robust, high-quality code.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot AI system issues and deliver rapid solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, with deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong background in data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and MLOps practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment.
