Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee end-to-end air freight operations, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on shipping routes, rates, and documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Sales) and external partners (airlines, customs brokers) to resolve shipment issues and optimize processes.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including air waybills, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Monitor shipments in transit, providing real-time updates to customers and proactively addressing any delays or disruptions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentorship to junior customer service staff.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in air freight customer service or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of air freight regulations, Incoterms, and international trade documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (local language requirement for Singapore context).
