Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive network plans that optimize air cargo flow and efficiency in the Asia Pacific region.
- Analyze complex network data to identify bottlenecks and recommend strategic improvements to reduce transit times and costs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, sales, and finance, to align network strategies with business goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of the network to ensure service levels meet FedEx’s high standards.
- Forecast future demand and adjust network configurations proactively to accommodate growth.
- Manage relationships with partners and vendors to ensure compliance with network service agreements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to communicate network performance and strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in air network planning, airline operations, or logistics management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Deep understanding of air cargo operations, route planning, and hub-and-spoke models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the Asia Pacific logistics market is highly preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
