- Manage and coordinate airfreight shipments from booking to delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize operations and support business growth
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address any potential delays or issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in airfreight customer service or operations
- Strong knowledge of airfreight processes, documentation, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
