- Develop and execute global airfreight procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead negotiation of contracts with airlines, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
- Manage vendor relationships and performance metrics across global supply chains
- Analyze market trends and identify cost optimization opportunities in airfreight operations
- Oversee procurement budget allocation and financial reporting
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure seamless freight movement and compliance
- Implement sustainable procurement practices and ESG initiatives in airfreight sourcing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of procurement experience with 5+ years in airfreight logistics leadership
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management for air cargo services
- Deep understanding of IATA regulations, customs procedures, and airfreight documentation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in procurement analytics and market intelligence
- Expertise in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar)
- CIPS or CPSM certification highly desirable
