Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive airport emergency response plans in accordance with international standards and local regulations
- Coordinate emergency response activities during critical incidents, ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders
- Conduct regular risk assessments and emergency drills to evaluate and improve response capabilities
- Train and mentor airport staff on emergency procedures, ensuring preparedness for various scenarios
- Collaborate with government agencies, airlines, and emergency services to establish integrated response protocols
- Analyze incident reports and implement corrective actions to enhance emergency management systems
- Stay updated on the latest developments in airport safety and emergency management practices
- Prepare comprehensive reports on emergency incidents, response effectiveness, and recommended improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Security Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency management, with at least 2 years in an airport or aviation environment
- Certification in Incident Command System (ICS) or equivalent emergency management qualification
- Strong knowledge of international aviation security standards and local emergency response regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience in developing emergency plans, conducting risk assessments, and leading emergency drills
- Ability to analyze complex situations and make critical decisions during emergencies
- Proficient in emergency management software and technologies
