In this strategic role, you will serve as a technical expert within our partner ecosystem, working closely with technology alliance partners, system integrators, and channel partners to drive joint business growth. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to architect innovative solutions that solve complex customer challenges while accelerating Okta's market presence in Singapore and the broader APAC region.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and marketing to develop technical enablement programs, create solution architectures, and deliver compelling demonstrations that showcase the value of Okta's identity platform. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value will be crucial in helping our partners succeed.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical pre-sales engagements with alliance partners and enterprise customers across Singapore and APAC
- Design and architect identity management solutions that integrate with partner technology ecosystems
- Develop and deliver technical enablement programs for channel partners and system integrators
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, solution blueprints, and integration guides
- Collaborate with product management to communicate customer requirements and market feedback
- Conduct solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations for strategic accounts
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical sales processes
- Represent Okta at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to strengthen relationships and drive awareness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or pre-sales roles within the technology sector
- Proven expertise in identity and access management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Strong understanding of cloud computing architectures and enterprise software integration patterns
- Demonstrated experience working with API-based technologies and RESTful services
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Track record of exceeding sales targets through effective technical partnership development
- Experience with partner ecosystem development in the APAC region is highly desirable
