Cloudstaff is the #1 Workplace Everywhere, and we are looking for a talented Senior Aluminium Facade Draftsman / BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this remote-first role, you will play a critical part in the design and construction process, translating architectural concepts into precise technical drawings and 3D models.
As a Senior Facade Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed aluminium curtain wall systems, ensuring structural integrity, and collaborating closely with international engineering teams. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a remote environment and can deliver high-quality work from anywhere in the Philippines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 3D models and 2D construction drawings for aluminium facade systems using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and fabricators to resolve design conflicts and ensure constructability.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate BIM models to prevent errors during installation.
- Prepare material take-offs (MTO) and detailed shop drawings for fabrication.
- Review project drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with local building codes and international standards.
- Conduct site visits (if required) to verify installation progress and provide technical support.
- Manage the BIM workflow and ensure all project deliverables are submitted on time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facade drafting, specifically with aluminium curtain wall systems.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks with a strong portfolio of BIM models.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, technical detailing, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Philippine construction standards is a plus.
