Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain automated mechanical systems for production lines
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment
- Optimize system performance to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and automation issues using diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Develop and document maintenance procedures and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automated mechanical systems maintenance
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial control systems
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and mechanical design principles
- Experience with predictive maintenance techniques and failure analysis
- Certification in automation or mechanical engineering preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
