We are seeking a dedicated Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager to join our Corporate Treasury team in Jakarta. This is a contract role that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the financial stability of a top-tier technology conglomerate.
As part of the HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core platforms, you will be responsible for managing cash flow, optimizing banking relationships, and mitigating financial risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage corporate cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships for Sea Limited.
- Perform daily cash position monitoring and forecasting to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly treasury reports to senior management.
- Assist in capital raising activities and manage banking facility agreements.
- Implement and monitor internal controls and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Shopee, Garena, and SeaMoney for financial reporting.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making regarding capital allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Banking, or Financial Analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of banking products, treasury management systems (TMS), and financial instruments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience within the tech or e-commerce sector is highly preferred.
