Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field
- 5+ years compliance experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional certifications (CFA, CAMS, etc.) preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with regulatory reporting frameworks
