Join Cohesity's Deal Management Team (DMT) as a Senior Analyst and become a critical business partner supporting our global Field Operations. In this strategic role, you'll enable and optimize the end-to-end deal lifecycle for new and existing selling initiatives. - Manage end-to-end deal lifecycle including registration, approval, and closure processes
- Analyze deal data to provide actionable insights for sales strategy optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, legal) to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Develop and maintain deal management tools and reporting systems
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate performance reports
- Support pricing strategy development and margin analysis
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, deal management, or finance
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven experience in contract lifecycle management
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
