Tanggung Jawab
- Aggregate, clean, and analyze large-scale operational data from regional distribution hubs.
- Develop and maintain standardized global reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify supply chain bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions to improve delivery timelines and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure data integrity and alignment with global D&L reporting standards.
- Prepare regular insights and presentations for senior management regarding logistics performance.
- Monitor and audit distribution logistics workflows to ensure compliance and optimization.
- Support the deployment of new logistics technologies and automated tracking systems across the region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA/Macros), SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into clear business strategies.
- Proven ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders across different regions.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or JDA) is highly preferred.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a global environment.
