- Design, develop, and implement business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents)
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Power Platform applications and workflows
- Automate business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform solutions
- Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices
- Train and mentor junior team members on Power Platform development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Power Platform development
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Certification in Power Platform (such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer) is highly desirable
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
