In this high-visibility role, you will be the key driver of end-to-end procurement excellence for our critical raw and packaging materials. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and execute global and local sourcing strategies. You will lead complex negotiations, manage strategic supplier relationships, and drive cost and cash improvement initiatives that directly impact the bottom line.
Your analytical mindset and market intelligence will be crucial in mitigating supply risks and identifying new opportunities for value creation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to ensure that our procurement activities fully support the innovation pipeline and business continuity requirements for our iconic brands like Glade, Raid, Ziploc, and Mr. Muscle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for raw materials and packaging, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier identification, RFP/RFQ management, contract negotiation, and supplier onboarding.
- Drive year-over-year cost reduction and cash flow improvement initiatives while maintaining high quality and service levels.
- Analyze market trends, commodity price fluctuations, and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate potential disruptions.
- Foster strong, strategic partnerships with key suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support new product development and ensure timely material availability.
- Ensure compliance with SC Johnson's ethical sourcing policies, sustainability goals, and global procurement standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of strategic procurement experience within the FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing methodologies (e.g., Seven Steps).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and reporting. Experience with SAP or Ariba is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving cost, quality, and service targets.
