In this pivotal role, you will act as a subject matter expert in financial integrity, ensuring that complex accounts are accurate, balanced, and compliant with global reporting standards.

You will lead critical reconciliation processes, manage complex journals, and provide analytical insights that support management decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform complex month-end and year-end reconciliation of bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and post accurate journal entries while ensuring compliance with internal accounting policies.
- Conduct deep-dive account reviews to identify discrepancies and implement remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve outstanding reconciling items and improve financial workflows.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management review, highlighting variances and potential risks.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and timely financial data.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the reconciliation lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in general accounting or financial reconciliation roles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, hybrid-work environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information to stakeholders.
