Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of services projects and programs, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to align service delivery strategies with overarching company objectives.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and propose actionable process optimizations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder communication plans.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless service execution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program success and drive high-quality outcomes.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to provide transparency on project health and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, program analysis, or technical services environments.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Tableau, or Excel).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to synthesize large datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global, matrix-structured organization.
- PMP, CAPM, or Six Sigma certification is considered a strong advantage.
