As a Senior Analyst, you will leverage advanced data analytics to balance inventory across our complex supply chain network. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain optimal customer service levels while minimizing costs and waste. Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize finished goods inventory levels across the network to meet target customer service levels.
- Translate demand forecasts into executable supply plans, ensuring alignment with production capacities.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain bottlenecks through proactive data analysis and collaboration with regional manufacturing sites.
- Monitor inventory health metrics, including days-on-hand, out-of-stock risk, and aged inventory.
- Lead S&OP process meetings with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to refine supply strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning processes and reduce working capital.
- Develop and maintain complex reporting dashboards to provide leadership with visibility into supply chain performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or demand planning, preferably in FMCG.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage priorities in a high-pressure, multinational manufacturing environment.
- Certification in APICS/CSCP is highly desirable.
