We are looking for a Senior Apple Systems & Workspace Administrator to take full ownership of our employee technology experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our Apple hardware and our cloud workspace infrastructure. You will architect and maintain our Jamf Pro environment, develop sophisticated Bash/Zsh scripts for automation, manage our Google Workspace tenant (including security, compliance, and SSO integrations), and ensure flawless IT support for a globally distributed team. You will be the subject matter expert on all things Apple, providing strategic direction on device standards, application deployment (VPP/ABM), and end-user computing. From zero-touch deployment to advanced threat detection, you will define the standard for modern IT operations. You will work closely with Security, People Ops, and Engineering to align our tools with broader business objectives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and manage the company's global Apple/macOS fleet (MacBooks, iMacs, iPads) using JAMF Pro and modern MDM solutions.
- Administer and secure the Google Workspace environment, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Groups, and Vault, ensuring optimal configuration and compliance.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (Bash, Python, or Swift) for device provisioning, software deployment, patch management, and security compliance.
- Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes, creating a seamless, automated experience for new hires and ensuring secure data handling for departures.
- Define and enforce IT security policies (FileVault, Gatekeeper, SIP, firewall, endpoint protection) to align with SOC2 and ISO 27001 standards.
- Manage the IT ticketing system (e.g., Jira Service Management, Freshservice), establishing SLAs and optimizing workflows for maximum support efficiency.
- Collaborate with the broader IT and Security teams to implement SSO, IdP, and Zero Trust architectures for workspace applications.
- Oversee the full hardware lifecycle, from procurement and asset management to secure disposal and refresh cycles.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in IT administration, with at least 3 years focusing on managing Apple/macOS environments at scale (250+ devices).
- Expert-level experience with JAMF Pro (Casper Suite), including policy creation, smart groups, AppStore apps, Patch Management, and advanced configuration profiles.
- Deep administrative knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Admin Console, SDK, APIs, Cloud Identity) and experience migrating or managing complex domains.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash/Zsh, Python, or AppleScript) to automate routine tasks and build efficient workflows.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST) and implementation of device-based security controls.
- Experience with MDM solutions (Migrating or managing multiple MDMs is a plus, e.g., Workspace ONE, Kandji, Mosyle).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
- Preferred: Jamf Pro 400/300 Certification or equivalent Apple product expertise.
