Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and architect end-to-end business and technical solutions that align with client strategic objectives.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants and development teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate with global partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of multi-tier applications.
- Perform technical assessments and gap analysis to identify opportunities for system optimization and performance improvement.
- Oversee documentation, testing protocols, and deployment strategies to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Drive innovation by researching and implementing emerging technologies suitable for enterprise-scale applications.
- Manage client expectations and facilitate workshops to translate business requirements into actionable technical designs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in application consulting or software architecture.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one major technology stack (e.g., Java/Spring, .NET/Azure, or Cloud-native architectures).
- Proven track record of designing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior-level decision-makers.
- Experience in Agile/DevOps methodologies and modern CI/CD practices.
