Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and UI/UX designers to define software requirements.
- Lead the technical design and architecture of complex software modules and systems.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and promoting industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, codebase, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack application development.
- Proficiency in modern backend programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET Core, Java, or Python).
- Strong experience with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular).
- Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
